Basic audio and video calibration is included with all system installs. When custom cabinet work is desired, Audio Video Simplified will oversee the services provided by a customer-approved contractor as specified in the proposal. An Audio Video Simplified system proposal will always include a professional universal remote control. The remote will be programmed by Rick after interviewing each user — so your unit will be customized specifically for you and your family.
